Dreams - York

I knew what I wanted, having seen it in your website. The member of staff new immediately what I was talking about and showed me the item straight away. She was polite, helpful and knew all about the items Dreams sells. An easy and pleasant experience.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They didn't pester us into buying something we didn't want.

The assistant was extremely knowledgeable and friendly but not pushy. Her assistance in helping us make the right choices was most valuable.

The salesman was very knowledgeable and patient. Nothing was too much trouble. We were not made to feel we had to rush into a purchase. The overall experience was relaxing and unhurried

Very helpful staff, to the point they even moved the mattress we were looking at onto a sprung Base so it would feel more like it would at home. In short nothing was too much trouble. We were also given time to digest what we had learnt about the mattresses we had tried so we came home feeling confident with our choice.

I knew I needed a new mattress and took the opportunity, whilst in York visiting my son, to go to Dreams so that he could accompany me. I was a bit unsure about the type of mattress I needed but was helped enormously by the salesman, Matt, in the York store. We narrowed it down to four before I decided on the one I ordered.

Lady who served us was very efficient and couldn't help us enough.

We were helped by an extremely knowledgeable, friendly and polite member of staff - Matt - in the York store. Aided us by allowing us to try different beds, pillows, mattress firmness. Excellent service and it was due to this service that we bought - we were not intending to buy that day.
