Information from salesman was very informative & he knew what he was talking about. Wasn't pushy & in our face. Left us alone to discuss things & was very friendly. Offered us a drink. Didn't try to sell us the most expensive mattress

We where purchasing a sofa bed for our unbuilt conservstory.Mat at your clifton moor branch went above and beyond what i expexted from a salesman.Nothing was too much trouble and his service sealed the deal.

We were very impressed with the assistant who served us (Matt), he listened to our needs, recommended different products for us to try out in store, he was very knowledgeable and friendly. We initially only went into the store to have a look around but decided to buy there and then. Our order was processed swift and efficiently. Our overall shopping experience at Dreams was a very pleasant one.

The customer service was attentive but not overbearing. Information was given with clearly and confidently without the need to dumb down. A friendly and warm atmosphere with offers of coffee every 20 monutes or so.

We had previously seen the tv adverts and checked out the website. The actual experience was better than expected. Matt and his colleague were both helpful and knowledgeable; showing patience with our foilbles and our limited mobility. Overall our experience was everything that we could have wanted.
