Very efficient, knowledgeable and polite staff. we visited the store to look about and the staff were very pleasant and offered tea/coffee. Matt listened to what we wanted and showed us a number of options that he thought fitted the bill. We made the decision to buy on the service although we only originally went in to the store to browse.

Ellie was the sales assistant and was so helpful during our selection and at order process. The team were all equally chatty, smiling and friendly. A true credit to your company and abassadors for how a store should be

From the moment we set foot in the store, we were greeted with warmth and friendliness and a lady "Ellie" who had complete knowledge of the products and their locations in the store.briefly met the manager also warm and friendly.The store was spotless and arranged so neat making it so easy for myself as a disabled person to walk without fear of tripping.credit to the York branch.I have not been in the store before but will do so in future and have recommended it to all my friends with high praise.

First time matress/bed buyer with no idea of what we were looking for. The assistance and knowledge we were offered was just incredible and so much better than other stores we had visited before visiting dreams. We visited the store twice in one week and both times were served by a lovely man named Matt. He is the reason we returned to the store to purchase the bed and matress. Couldnt have been more friendly and helpful. Thank you!

Served by Curtis who greeted us as we entered the store. Gave us a brief explanation of the different colour system and let us have a wonder. When asked about the best mattress he talked through them explaining the different mattress. He then again let us have a little try and gave us time to try things out. We then asked a bit more information which he answered with plenty of knowlege. Once we decided he was quick at processing the order, helped show us where the pillows and duvets were. Other members of staff were also very friendly and helpful offering us drinks. The process of buying was quick and easy. Curtis was very helpful, friendly and professional. Overall great experience from Curtis and other staff at this store, would definitely recommend this store and will be back in the future for further purchases. Very satisfied customers, all in all a great customer experience.

Sales assistant ,Curtis, was very helpful and he could answer all of my questions. He was efficient but he didn't rush me. He talked me through everything and made sure that I got a good deal. We will be coming back to buy a bigger item later in the year.

Matthew at the clifton moor branch was absolutely brilliant. I went in out of curiosity and having a quick look and he was very understanding and not pushing. I ended up buying a mattress that I could afford. He was very knowledgeable and I could not fault him

Staff very friendly without being obtrusive,when we needed assistance they were very helpful especially Mathew who made buying a new bed from him a pleasant and well informed experience ,I would no doubt purchase from this Dreams store again
