Ease of looking around and finding the right product, helpful and knowledgeable member of staff, quick and easy ordering process.

The bed i wanted was not in the store but a similiar one was in the showroom so they advised me on colour and material through other products and brought one up on the screen in store. Kirsten was extremely helpful and had great knowledge on the mattress and kept getting me to try various ones she thought might be for me after asking my requirements. The manager was also very attentive.

Very accommodating for my disabled father. Very friendly staff, we appreciated being offered a hot drink. A Also a very good range of beds on offer.

The lady that served us went above expectations to provide us with her advise and excellent customer service-she was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable.

The assistant knew her products, where they were, took notice of my requirements, gave me plenty guidance and yet time to decide

we were welcomed into the store and asked our requirements. We were then shown the beds we were looking for which made it easier to choose

We had been looking for a particular type of need for a long while with little success. We walked into the store and there was the exact thing we were wanting. Staff were friendly and helpful and the process was very easy.

Curtis and the Manager gave exemplary service. They have great product knowledge and nothing is too much trouble. They helped us when we needed help and gave us space when we needed it to ponder over and make decisions regarding our business.
