Friendly staff. Very helpful, nothing was too much for them.

I received a very warm welcome from all the staff as I entered the showroom. Normally I would refuse any help to start with because I don't like be pressured by obnoxious over bearing assistants. However, for some reason I didn't detect that when i was approached, so I accepted the help that was offered. I explained exactly what I was looking for and it was so nice to be shown the range that suited my criteria without a pushy assistant trying to sell me something that I really didn't need. My entire experience was enhanced when I went back two days later to place my order and only have to wait 7 days for my order to be delivered. Thank you to all at DREAMS. York.

The customer service was excellent, very attentive, got offered a cup of tea, we were just made to feel welcome and comfortable

Staff were knowledgable, attentive but not 'in your face' and left you alone while uou were trying an retrying the different options. The staff were also pleasant and aswered all our questions with a smile. We were also offered a warm drink, which we declined, but this helped us feel we could spend as long as we wanted in the store without someone 'standing over us'. Today was a good shopping experience.
