Dreams - York

The member of staff was very helpful and friendly, showing my husband and myself a range of beds after finding out what type of thing we were looking for. His name was Matt.

Previously in another store some time ago I was very dissatisfied with the service I received, hence, it was with some doubt that I visited your York store. However, at this moment of time I am well satisfied with the service provided.

Arrived undecided if we wanted a bed or a matress. we need a matress that could be folded to get upstairs. Matthew ran through all options for a matress for our needs, we tried them for firmness etc. although we went for the most expensive matress in store we where not pushed towards it at all it was through personnel choice

Matt was very helpful and understood the need to have a moment to ourselves before deciding on the purchase

Matt the assistant was attentive helpful and was looking for solutions to assist us

When we initially opened the store door, we were confronted with loads of mattresses which all looked the same, our worst nightmare. However, we were approached by a friendly salesman who quickly explained the outlay of the store and quickly directed us to the mattresses we were interested in. We were given a complete breakdown of what the mattress was made of and then subtly left to try each one to make our own decision - brilliant. No sales pressure but advice as and when needed.

The guy that helped us was brilliant neither my self or my partner really knew where to start but he made the proses so quick and simple but we didn’t feel pressured in to buying anything
