The assistant was very good he explained every thing very well we highly recommend him I believe his name was Graham

We visited quiet late in the day but the assistant who was very knoligable on the mattresses. It got close to closing time but never rushed us and it was in fact after closing time when we left.

There is a good selection of beds at competitive prices Removal of my own bed at a competitive price The sales person was pleasant well informed and not in the least pushy

Ellie was very friendly and informed me of what the colour code in store meant which saved me time and effort when testing out the mattress

The customer assistant was highly knowledgable and helpful without being too intrusive. She helped me make a quick decision which was great with a 4 year old in tow! Time to process the order was quick and straightforward and all was explained. Able to find a delivery date quickly to suit me.

We entered the store wanting a mattress but were unsure of our actual requirement. We we helped through our experience by a store assistant called Ellie who we found very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. This turned our viewing trip into a buying trip.

The young man, Curtis, was exceptional! He knew everything about every product without having to look it up, I liked that he didn't try to force us into buying something which we found a little too pricey for us and he came up with a brilliant alternative. I can't praise him enough, he was very friendly and courteous and nothing was too much trouble for him. A*
