Kirsten was very knowledgable about the products and she was very good on telling us how to find a mattress that suited us. Another member of staff made us a cup of coffee whilst we were looking for our mattress whiich we really appreciated. We spent a good 45 mins in store trying different mattresses and eventually found the one that suited what we needed and found comfortable. Really impressed with the customer service and the store.

We had previously scouted out the headboard we preferred and then returned to match up the colour with our wallpaper and bedding samples. We were helped courteously on this previous visit too. When we called to place the order ,we were lucky that the store was empty of other customers and as the staff were busy unpacking items and sorting displays ,we didn't have to wait to be served. Very pleased to have my expectations exceeded regarding delivery. Exceptionally speedy. Incidentally,after trying to place a review online after your invitation to do so ,and concerning the delivery aspect of this purchase, your website crashed on the review page ,it advised me to try again later! As I'm already telling you about the purchase experience,perhaps I may add the delivery one ? It was extremely useful and efficient to have regular updates on this. Also pleasing that I was offered an earlier delivery day...super ! The delivery man was exceptionally pleasant and cheerful. He was more than helpful to carry my headboard (so heavy with all that excellent thick cardboard packing) into my hall and offered to take it into our bedroom. He was really nicely groomed and tidy in his Dreams uniform

We decided to visit Dreams and ome other shops in the same area to look at a new bed and mattress as our bed was quite old and causing some sleep problems. Our first shop to visit was Dreams and the sales person was busy with another couple but he invited us to walk around and he would be able to talk to us when he was free. The shop was well lit and the information for each bed was clear to read. We looked at numerous beds and prices. The sales person,Matt, joined us and answered some questions for us. He walked with us and showed and explained the different types of mattress on sale and did leave us alone a couple of times so we could talk to each other in private. After being in the shop for over an hour and a half we decided to buy the bed we both liked and Matt explained the order confirmation in detail and nothing was missed out. Payment was made and we left the shop very happy and looking forwrd to receiving our new bed.

The staff was very knowledgeable and new what he was talking about and sold the bed very well he made me try different beds before I bought the one i did. Matt even made a cup of coffee. He didn’t rush me. He was very good customerservice

We received all the information we needed as we didn't know what sort of mattress we wanted until we walked in. We were greeted by the friendliest member of staff Matt who was extremely helpful & knowledageble and good fun too ! We only went in for a mattress and ended up buying a complete bed & headboard too ! Very helpful & made the experience fun !

The member of staff was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. The store was well laid out and the colour coding of mattresses made it easy to find what we were looking for without having to lie down on too many.

I visited the Dreams store as I had been suffering with a bad neck. The assistant advised me on the various pillows available and encouraged me to try them on a mattress similar to the one I have at home. I tried several and decided on some memory foam pillows that were on offer. I will return to Dreams to buy my next mattress in due course as it is only a few years old. Happy customer I was even offered a cup of tea!

The service from start to finish was very good.

The salesperson was extremely helpful and gave us clear information about the differences between varying mattresses. She had plenty of time to spend with us and made us a drink.
