very quick and efficient

On arriving at the store we were met by Kirsten one of the store assistants. Kirsten showed us some of the displays and advised us of the colour codings in relation to the firmness of the mattresses. Kirstin then left us to browse around the store but also letting us know she was available to answer any questions we might have. Kirsten was very knowledgeable about the products and in my opinion a credit to the Dreams company.

Nice assistant who knew her market and was friendly. Presentation of beds was great and encouraged us to place our order. Only thing I'd suggest is having a sample booklet of the fabric styles and colours as the one we went for wasnt in the shop and this did make us question whether to place an order.

The sales staff were extremely friendly helpful and informative without being over pushy. We raised a number of questions and were given ample opportunity to relax on as many beds as we wished to. We were offered tea/coffee by a number of your sales team.

Pleasant staff plenty to choose from easy to select the right type of bed for us found the colored covers on the beds depicting the types useful.

Kirsten was extremely helpful and knowledgeable of the products on offer, and we were return customers of hers. Staff in general were very friendly and accommodating and processed our order swiftly. Showroom was well stocked with different products that we were encouraged to try out to make a decision.
