A great experience from beginning to end, nothing was too much trouble

THe staff where not to over powering and just let you look at the beds and mattresses . they offered help/advice but we said we're ok

The lady who served us was very good . The shop it's self understands that kids will want to try the lady who served us didn't make us feel awkward cos our 2 kids where off trying beds. They got a biscuit was offered a drink all in all for a bloke was a nice shopping experience

I found Charlotte very cooperative to our needs. The task of buying a mattress is a minefield which she made easy to understand.

When we walked into the store Kirsten apporached us and asked what we were looking for. She explained the layout of the store and the meaning of the different colour coded strips on the mattresses. She then left us alone to wander around with no pressure whatsoever. But it's clear she's very good at her job as she was always there in the background to answer questions. We have not purchased a bed for 20 years and were anxious about making the right choice as it's a big investment. Kirsten guided us through the process gave us a quotation and let us leave the store to think about it. There was no pressure to buy there and then which is something that puts me off when going into other stores. We returned and Kirsten very patiently guided us through the process again and again until we made our minds up. We will definitely shop here again and would recommend you to others too.

No pressure from staff and was offered tea or coffee why we looked around

I visited the store twice and on both occasions I was very impressed with the sales person Matt. He was knowledgeable about the products and help me find exactly what I was looking for without being pushy. He was friendly and made it easy for me to decide on what I wanted.

The sales person (Matt in Clifton Moor) was very helpful, explained everything and we were under no pressure to buy. In fact Matt had helped us choose the bed in September/October 2017 but we couldn't afford the bed we wanted and so we came back in the sales to buy it and spoke to Matt again.

We were given time to have a look round before we were approached by Kirsten. She asked questions around what we were looking for and what our needs were. She then proceeded to show us various mattresses and explained the differences between them and what we need to take account of so they fully met our needs. Once we had decided on the mattress she then explained which bases we could have that would be suitable and whether we needed storage or not. She then showed us the headboards we could have. At all times she listened to what we were saying and got to understand our needs and then matched us with the right product. Kirsten never pushed any one product but made sure we were getting the right bed for us.
