Once I got the attention of the sales Team, it was late evening and they were all having an animated conversation when I asked for someone to assist me but I was dealt with immediately by the lovely Charlotte who was friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful.

We was greeted by Matt who was extremely helpful and polite, really approachable which can be a nightmare for most retail places, I first visited on the 31st where he explained all my options for the bed I wanted and gave me a quote I then returned the next day to make my purchase. Couldn’t be happier and Matt made the service easy and quick.

The Sales consultant was very friendly and listened to what I was looking for and showed me numerous options with no pressure and tried to get me the best deal possible. They were also very patient when I had an issue with my debit card and gave me the time needed to sort it out so I could make my purchase

We were attended to by an assistant immediately we entered the store despite the store being quite busy. The assistant asked us about our requirements and directed to the product that fit our needs.

Charlotte approached to ask if I needed help and I told her the needs I had regarding a mattress and she was brilliant and friendly, making sure I knew what I was looking for. I felt at ease with her as lying on beds in a store can feel awkward.
