having purchased a bed from dreams last year and highly satisfied with the service and product you were the first store we visited when looking to replace our other bed. once again you did not let us down. the friendly service once again experienced and no pressures brought to bear, the price and quality of goods on display were extremely good and all our queries were met with friendly and competent advice. obviously you will be our first port of call when we need to replace any further products you provide

Upon entering the store, the staff were very polite and friendly. I was offered a drink and they helped me find which firmness of mattress would best suit me. They did not hover around but allowed me to browse the store and to just catch their attention if I needed anything. Upon purchasing my new bed and mattress, the staff were very efficient and friendly when sorting out the finance and everything was explained clearly, including extras such as the mattress protection insurance. They advised me on it but did not try to scare or push me into buying any extras.

The Assistant was extremely courteous and friendly (not overly friendly); was able to answer all my questions without having to refer back to the catalogue; was very willing to meet with my delivery requirements and dealt with the paperwork in a very efficient manner. Well done Mat.

Our sales advisor, Kirsten, was friendly, knowledgeable and patient. We walked in not really knowing what we wanted or even if we actually wanted anything. Kirsten discussed our needs and made a couple of recommendations to suit our requirements.

Kirsten hit us at the door with her friendly nature. After visiting 2 other nearby bed stores, she was refreshingly relaxed with us, informative and understanding of our needs from the start. Never fell into aggressive selling. 10/10 for the wonderful Kirsten.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff (Matt) felt he listened and understood our requirements, showed us good options and didn’t try and push us to pay more than we felt comfortable.

The assistant, Matt, was helpful, cheerful, knowledgeable and very personable. Nothing was too much trouble; we were guided through the potential mattresses available to us with our requirements in mind at all times - there was no time wasted on looking at products that we hadn't asked for.
