Staff were helpful and informative and I was expecting to work out what to do over several visits so it was good to sort in one go. It was Matts help and support that allowed this I liked the fact he was not pushy but came back several times to check on us.

The sales assistant was very polite and knowledgeable and happy to answer all our questions. We weren't rushed and didn't have to wait for information or assistance. The store was clean, uncluttered and made for a pleasant shopping experience. The layout and positioning of the goods on sale made it easier to compare the different products available allowing us to choose the mattress that best suited both our need.

Matt who served us was helpful and informative without being pushy. He also too great care to understand our needs and preferences and helped identify the best products to suit those. This was a welcome contrast to the service we received in another shop during the same trip, where a salesman was trying to secure a sale rather than help us get the right products for us.

The customer service given by Matt was excellent. He was extremely helpful and went above and beyone to help is.

The young man gave me helpful advice when I visited that morning, pointing out the products which were relevant, he gave me space to look. Then when I returned with my wife in the afternoon, he did the same, advising us with helpful detail as we made our final decision between two products.

Matt was extremely knowledgable about the products, advised us which beds to try without being pushy. An excellent salesman.
