We had thought long and hard about buying a new mattress but had put off the visit to buy because we didn't really know what we were looking for. Matt was really helpful, we didn't feel rushed and although we have yet to take delivery I am sure our new mattress will live up to expectations.

The sales assistant (Matt) was excellent - friendly, knowledgeable and gave us as much time as we needed. The shop layout and colour coding worked well too.

Kirsten was great very knowledgeable and not pushy. We visited on the Saturday and went back Sunday to buy. It was the best service out of all the places we visited.

It was our 1st visit to Dreams and received excellent service. Staff were knowledgeable and very friendly. We'll be returning to buy another bed next month.

On arrival Matt asked if we needed any assistance. I explained that I was looking to purchase a new mattress. Matt explained about the colour co-ordinated system to find what we wanted. He offered us a drink, then left us to look around by ourselves and try out a few of the mattresses. The 2 members of staff we spoke to were very pleasant to talk to, helpful and new about the products they were selling. I have in the past been a retail manager and they were some of the best sales staff I have come across, helpful, but not pushy.

An excellent, affable young man who gave personal attention, but was not over pushy! He even offered and provided a much welcome coffee on a cold day. He was patient and knowledgable.his name is Matthew.

We came into the store originally the Sunday before at around 4pm. We were greeted by Matt who gave us advice about the different styles and makes of mattresses in store. When we returned on Monday the 22nd Matt was again in store and welcomed us once again and remembered the products we were looking at before. We were offered a tea and coffee and given the time to once again consider our purchase. The entire experience was fantastic, we felt that we were being listened to and not in any way pressured to make a choice that was not right for us. The advice provided was exactly what we were looking for in order for us to establish the right product for us, this was our first time purchasing mattresses therefore we had little knowledge going into the store.

Bought from your store in York before so a return visit from me your staff member who looked after me gave me options that suited my needs the attention she gave me was excellent and I will no doubt visit again when I require more
