Matt was extremely helpful,honest and took his time to explain to us our concerns and Invited us to telephone or visit the showroom if we had any queries at all. The Showroom was clean bright and airy. We were even invited to partake in a cup of tea or coffee. My Husband and I thank Matt very much for his assistance in supplying us with our needs.

From the moment we walked into the shop, we were acknowledged by staff, and even offered a cup of tea for while we were looking around. Matt gave excellent advice and was available for our MANY questions while not being overbearing. He even suggested pillows which would be better for my neck. My wife was quite particular during the sale, and his patience was outstanding. Arranging delivery was easy and very accomodating. We will definitely be recommending the York Dreams to our friends and colleagues.

Clear pricing. Friendly staff. Were asked twice if we wanted a cup of coffee. Assistant was helpful and showed us the beds we asked about.

My second visit to the store, I was recognised and acknowledged, excellent customer service given by Matt, no pressure, plenty of relevant information offered and time given for us to make our choice, quotes produced for us to compare product choices.

We needed a new mattress but had felt a bit overwhelmed by the huge choice. On entering your York store, your colleague Matt was really friendly and explained the different types of mattresses. He helped us find the right mattress for us by showing us different types by different manufacturers. He was very knowledgeable and attentive. He was extremely patient while we were trying different mattresses.

Eleanor was knowledgable friendly her customer care was exceptional.

MATT THE CUSTOMER ADVISOR WAS FANTASTIC, VERY FRIENDLY, PROFESSIONAL & VERY EASY TO TALK TO. MATT WAS THE MAIN REASON WE PURCHASED THE PRODUCT HERE IN THIS STORE AS I SAY HE WENT ABOVE & BEYOND MY EXPECTATIONS.WE LIVE OVER 80 MILES AWAY FROM THIS STORE & WERE OUT LOOKING AROUND HOWEVER I DIDN'T EXPECT TO PURCHASE THE ORDER THAT DAY BUT DUE TO MATT, I THOUGHT IT WAS RIGHT. I WOULD LIKE THIS COMMENT PASTED ON TO HIS AREA MANAGER & MATT SHOULD BE PRAISED FOR HIS WORK.

Staff were friendly and courteous, the talked us through different beds and found a suitable bed for our requirements. We were explained the differences and what we should be looking for. Kirsten was extremely knowledgeable in the products and we were able to find the right bed for us.

The assistant was very helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant.
