Nearly ten years after our last visit to this sane store and the staff were as friendly and knowledgeable as they were all those years ago when we bought our last mattress. I had a very active 3 year old who is very talkative and didnt make placing an order very easy but the staff were happy to engage her in conversation and even the sale as it was a bed for her.

I went into store with only the intention of getting some idea on what was available to update my sons room and my own. Matt greeted us with a friendly good morning and can I help you with anything? He then advised on the most appropriate beds/sofa beds for us. I left the store looking forward to receiving our new beds/sofa beds.

Great experience at the Clifton Moor branch of dreams, friendly, not pushy at all and understood and went above and beyond to meet criteria totally. Makes a refreshing change. Just a shame the same couldn't be said about to white goods retailers a hour or two before entering dreams. Highly recommended. Richard Hall
