Dreams - York

The store assistant was very pleasant that dealt with us. We did not feel pressured in any way. We even got a cup of coffee .

Sales representative was fab, knowledgeable, knew exactly what fitted our needs, was friendly without be pushy. The selection of beds in Dreams are just enough without being overwhelmed. Nicely laid out shop. Will definately recommend and return

This was our first visit to Dreams and we needed a new mattress for very specific reasons. We were greeted imediately upon entering the store by Matt. He left us to wonder for a few mins and then came to ask us questions about what we were looking for. Explaining my situation to him he immediately knew what type of mattresses might be suited to me and discussed the benefits of an all memory foam or combination mattress. We were torn between those two options and so he informed us of the 40 night exchange service. Once we decided on the mattress we wanted he quickly sorted out the order for us and discussed the dates for delivery with us. He appeared very informed and happy to help us. The delivery service sounds great and I was happy to find out that they can also take away our old mattress to be recycled as I was worried about landfilling the old one.

Matt was of great assistance to us, he very carefully helped us understand the difference between mattresses and allowed us time to try out lots! Having tried and thinking we had decided on the mattress for us he was attentive and probed our decisions to help us be absolutely clear as to choice. Overall the experience was excellent and it is a direct result of Matts approach, style and care that we purchased and would recommend others to the store.

Kirsten and her colleagues in the York store were superb! A perfect combination of attention and service but without pushing or hard selling. Their product knowledge was excellent and they showed a keen interest in my specific requirements. They made me feel special. They were also incredibly patient with my inability to make my mind up!

Kirsten wasn't pushy and very helpful. Her attention to detail is second to none. She didn't push us, she let us browse but then when we needed assisstance she was very helpful.

Fantastic customer service very friendly and helpful the mattress that I wanted was only available online but staff checked to find the mattress most like the one I wanted. I was also given a tempur pillow to get the best position on th mattress. I am disabled and was not put pressure on or felt I needed to hurry up. I ordered my mattress and also bought 2 tempur pillows. Fantastic service well done.

The lady in the shop was so so helpful and made it a easy and pleasant process buying my new bed
