Kirsten greeted me asking if she could help straightaway I needed to buy a new mattress mine was very old and having a problem with my back and had been advised to replace it she was very helpful asking how many pillows I slept with which side and position I slept in she made my decision on which mattress to purchase easy in a friendly but professional manner.
