When we arrived we found that the store was very easy to navigate and the information provided for each mattress was very clear and easy to find. We were promptly provided a good quality pillow to use when trying each of the mattresses which made a big difference. We found that the mattresses on display were in excellent condition. Also, each member of staff that we dealt with was very friendly and helpful.

On entering the store we had no idea where to start looking. Kirsten quickly pointed us in the right direction and was on hand when we needed advice without being over powering as I have found when previously mattress shopping.

The staff were very accommodating and understood our needs and were sympathetic toward my disability. The salesman, Matt, was friendly and exceedingly knowledgeable about all the products. At no point did we feel rushed or pressured into making our purchase, everything was very relaxed and friendly.

The staff product knowledge was absolutely excellent. We were allowed to literally try every mattress in the shop, with various techniques of telling what one was best for us, being given by the member of staff as we went round. Our needs were understood, no pushy sales, or swerving to one particular type of mattress, we had to find one that was suitable for me preferring firm and the other half preferring medium, so no easy task. The staff were very patient, and listened to our every request. There was a definite understanding that it is a big decision, and can be a very costly mistake if rushed.

We knew which bed we were wanting but unsure on mattress after looking and speaking to Matt he reassured us that the mattress we liked was suitable. he also helped guide us to the correct mattress protecter, pillows and duvets. Will definately be going back - couldn't have been more happier with the how friendly and helpful the staff are.
