Dreams - York

The York store was great. The friendly staff helped me choose a mattress and a bed. I didn’t feel pressured to buy. The competitor that has just opened near by does not come close to the service provided. Very happy.

The member of staff (Ellie) was great in that she didn't rush to push her sales pitch to me. She allowed me to browse and then ask for assistanvpce as and when needed.

Very efficient friendly service, products were explained well helping us to make our choice. Staff were polite and knowledgeable about the items we were looking at.

Our female assistant (I believe her name was Charlotte, at York Dreams store) was incredibly knowledgeable, professional and friendly. She offered assistance promptly while allowing my girlfriend and I time to explore the store and items ourselves. Once we found what we were looking for Charlotte helped us place the order for delivery on a date and time suitable for us with a more than acceptable price. Overall, I was highly satisfied and impressed with the service we received. I would highly recommend.

We were greeted quickly after entering the store I couldn’t see what I wanted but the member of staff knew the bed I meant from my description and found it for me to order one as it has changed to a newer version we was offered a hot drink . We have purchased a dreams bed before and no other beds compare so very excited for our new bed to arrive

I came in to the store with my sister and we were both politely greeted by all memebers of staff and it wasn’t forced like most places. Then I was asked after look about it I neended help and my needs were met the girl was very helpful and friendly explained prices and different products. I am very happy with my purchase.

They were all very lovely in store and even made a cup of tea for myself and my friend and made placing the orde very easy.

Great help and service from the team in branch, felt they were trying to help us rather than sell us something. The measure being we had several bed shops to visit and we didn’t even bother going to the rest
