First time bed shopping and had no idea where to start. Matt was extremely helpful, took us both through a number of options to find what we wanted, and gave us space to discuss our options together. He was very open about the offers and pricing of everything, and managed to get us a really good deal. We weren't pressured into buying, but were very efficiently assisted to find exactly what we were looking for in our own time and make our own decisions. Very very highly satisfied with the customer service.

The salesman was very helpful and knew what we wanted.

Matt was really helpful and struck the right balance between assisting us and leaving us to it. He gave us lots of useful information which resulted in us spending more money probably than we would have. A great salesman! Have had bed from this store before so trust the product quality too.

Wow what can i say the experience in the shop was amazing Matt was very helpful and know about beds just what you need the coffee'was a lovely touch i found the bunk beds i wanted and couldn't find in other stores and came away very happy and the service was brilliant thank you Matt

Kirsten was very helpful and seemed extremely knowledgeable about the products I was buying. She advised me to take my time in deciding and feel sure I was making the right choice. I was really grateful not to be rushed and although I had just gone in to look and enquire, Kirsten was so helpful it made making my purchase so much easier.

The sales assistant was very knowledgeable and where she could not answer a question rang to another store to find out the answer. Very helpful and polite

Soon as we walked in the assistant helped us we was only looking and thinking of getting a new mattress but ended up spending money on a new one

We came in on Sunday and only had half an hour. We spoke to Matt, he explained how it worked buying everything separately then said if we needed anyone just to call him. We had to go but said we would be back the next day. Again not pushy at all said we could call if we wanted instead. We had been to two other branded bed people and Matt was by far the best, product knowledge, politeness, just great customer service. We came back purely on the service, Matt was there again and helped us for over an hour. We chose a full bed and probably one of the most expensive mattresses. However he listened to exactly what we needed and health problems. Amazing service

Matt Gordon was an excellent representative for Dreams, we were attended to straight away and provided with a hot drink. Matt took time to understand our needs and then left us to try out the mattress. He also understood my specific needs with regards to my back injury having sustained a previous injury himself and recommended special pillows to alleviate the symptoms. Overall, he could not have provided a better service and I would like that to be recognised.
