Matt was very informative when we were trying out the mattresses without being too pushy for a sale. I was confident that we wouldn't buy the same product elsewhere for less money or a better service.

Very knowledgeable and friendly salesman (Matthew, York), he added real value to our experience, educating us to enable us to find the right mattress.

Matthew. was very professional and outstanding in the knowledge of beds and what I and my wife were looking for..we felt at ease with him straight way and his humour and charm certainly a credit to the company as we then spent around £2000.

Visited for a quote and Kirsten couldn’t have been nicer. Very experienced and listened to what I wanted and recommended accordingly. Initially I went for three mattresses and a bed but ended up with an extra bed! But not because she was pushy but because her knowledge of the products and recommendations made sense. I went back the day after to order and was seen by Matt. Again very helpful and knowledgable and not pushy which makes such a difference when buying products. Ordered everything I wanted and was happy with the delivery date which isn’t until October due to personal reasons. Matt even recommended pillows same as he used and I bought four the day after. Am hoping new mattress and pillow helps my bad back! Pillow was so comfy last night by the way, a definite asset to our home! It’s all been a pleasurable experience and I’d have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Dreams in York.
