Friendly knowledgeable staff with just the right amount of sales focus - ie leaving me to browse but available for advice, also the right amount of targeted cross selling (extended warranties etc). I had a 2 and a 5 year old with me who the staff happily interacted with, making the purchase process a very pleasant experience.

All staff were so helpful and couldn't do anymore to help us

Matt was very friendly and guided us to a mattress to suit my backcare needs and my partners weight difference beside me. He showed us a range of mattresses and bed frames without trying to push the higher priced beds/mattresses which was nice as we had that elsewhere. He was so happy but not over powering and left us in peace when looking around but was there when we needed him for advice! We even left with a quote and looked around other places but due to his great customer service we decided to go back and give Dream’s our business! This was a very fun and pleasant experience .... walking away with a bed and mattress! He made sure we got the best deal possible and always kept us smiling even when our son was getting restless! Very good value during bank holiday and great assistance

From the minute we walked in, staff were welcoming, gave clear guidance, allowed us time to look at the products and consider our options. When asked questions about the products and services available, they were able to answer them immediately. Once we decided to place an order, we were taken through the order process and paperwork in a clear and methodical manner. Kirsten was an excellent representative for Dreams.

Staff were all very friendly and knowledgeable, gave me time to look around before they approached me, didn't jump on you as soon as you walked in.

Really helpful and knowledgable staff, Matt was great at imparting the necessary information so we would understand and knew what we were trying. He knew which mattresses me and my partner would prefer when we explained what we thought of the one we were on. Gave us the opportunity to try lots of beds at our leisure without looming over us constantly. Always appeared when we had any questions and was very friendly.
