The instant we said what we wanted Kristen was very good with her knowledge of the products and explained the difference between all the mattresses and how there work. Also she was very helpful on explaining the difference between the pillows. I would not hesitate to go back to Dreams at Clifton Moor.

Saf and Matt in the York Clifton Moor store were very helpful in our quest for a new bed/mattress. We were shown the variety in-store and explained the differences between the various mattresses and then given a cup of tea and left alone to try them out. We spent a long long long time deliberating and visited other stores. We returned to Dreams to purchase the mattress as we had felt the guys had really helped us the most. Without being pushy.

We visited the York shop for the second time in a week (we also visited several other stores where the sales people were quite pushy),the first time we visited Matt gave us a nice welcome and asked if he could help us with anything. we were wanting a new bed with a gel cool mattress, Matt explained the differences between the Mattresses and left us to test them. on our second visit Matt remembered us and again helped us greatly in our final choice.

Staff very attentive and knowledgeable

This is the second purchase from Dreams, York in as many years. On both occasions Matt was friendly, helpful and provided good advise based upon what we were looking for.

Came into the store to purchase a new mattress. Was approached by one of the customer assistants who explained all the types of mattresses to me which was very helpful as they were colour coded. Was left for a little while to look around and try out the mattresses was even offered a cup of tea or coffee! I felt the customer assistant was very attentive and helpful and did not feel pressured at all into buying a mattress. The ordering process was quick and simple and can also get my old mattress took away. Would definitely come back to this store in the future and would also recommend it to friends and family.

Our assistant Matt was extremely knowledgeable about all the products. He listened carefully to our like and dislikes and gave appropriate recommendations, including a full budget range. Very friendly and helpful.
