Excellent service and assistance without high pressure sales.

I popped into store to take a look at the bed i had seen online. Kirsten was very helpful and gave me time to look over the bedframe and answered all my questions. I did not feel rushed. When i returned to make the purchase, Matt, was very helpful and didn't rush the purchase - he was able to answer all my subsidary questions following my store visit a few days before. The purchase itself took quite some time to complete however as I was applying for finance so the computer side of things took quite a while to finalise but Matt was being as quick as possible for me as I needed to leave to do school run. He was very understanding that i had finite time to spend in store to make the purchase. I also omitted to give Matt some information for the purchase which meant a slight delay in completing my purchase. Matt was gentle and did not get annoyed with the fact that I had forgotten to give him some information for the purchase. Both Kirsten and Matt were very helpful. I did not feel rushed into a purchase and they both had nice customer service skills. It was this professional and friendly element that made me feel happy with my purchase at Dreams. Thank you.

The range that was on offer was large enough to find a mattress right for us. But this was more so brought on by the member of staff and his knowledge of what mattress was right for us. Friendly and fun person to talk to. Was also kind enough to offer tea or coffee during our visit

The gentleman serving me ‘Matt’ was so knowledgeable, gave me plenty of advice and encouraged me to try pillows to gage comfort of the mattresses I had chosen. He wasn’t pushy, he was enthusiastic of the products you have and have to say was very good at his role. I was confident with my purchase when I left and safevin the knowledge it was changeable if it wasn’t suited to my husband, as long as I had taken care to protect the mattress.

Matt gave us time to look round the store and answer all our questions. He made sure we were informed about our options and the offers that were available. At no point did we feel forced into making a decision. Matt made us both a cup of tea whilst we were in the store for around 1 and a half hours. He has a great personality to get on with customers and make them feel welcome. We were able to test the products and make sure that we made the right decision.

The sales assistant, Saf, was excellent - not pushy, gave us plenty of time to decide and gave us lots of choices in trying other beds. Helped us straight away not waiting long at all to me seen, even got a drink straight away which made us feel comfortable - we will definitely go back to Dreams for all our future beds/mattresses - Thank you

I was happy due to the shop assistant Paul helping explain the different products and taking the time to explain what I was looking to buy. Very professional and never once rushed or made me feel like he was purely wanting a sale. I couldn’t of been happier with he service and experience

The staff, particularly Kirsten, were friendly, efficient and extremely helpful. We were made to feel as though our visit to the shop was important to them and they could not have done more to help.
