The assistant Matt was really good & the whole experience buying a mattress at Dreams was made better by his attitude.

Matt was great, he made us feel really comfortable and really understood that trying a mattress in a shop is different to home. He was fun and interesting, he gave us pillows to take around the store & try out with the beds. It was actually an awesome trip to the store full of laughs.

Matthew, the salesman, was very well informed and helpful. He was appreciative of our particular problems and eager to solve them. We spent several hours in the store and he was always on hand when needed. The only downside was that the store was cold but Matthew readily provided a duvet for while we were testing the beds. He has an excellent sense of humour which made potentially difficult choices easier.

The Staff were friendly, polite and efficient. When I asked for advice they were very willing to help. There was plenty of choice in the product I required and I was very satisfied that they understood my needs.

Our assistant in-store, Chris, was very helpful and showed us all the beds that we needed to look at within our requirements. Chris showed us to the bed to which he thought was the best for us. We had a look around, testing several beds and in the end, we chose the bed, that Chris showed us first. Chris was chatty, polite & courteous, also relaxed and knowledgeable without being overly pushy over doing a sale. We were pleased with our customer service from Chris.

We were allowed to look and then approached at a satisfactory time , we were asked very relevant questions ,what are needs were an explanation of the different types of mattresses then Matt explained the way the beds were displayed we were left to try out various beds offered coffee. We narrowed it down went away for lunch and due to Matt the salesman being has good as he was although there was another bedshop close by we decided to go back and after trying more mattresses we decided on more or less the first one we had tried and I can honestly say it was all to do with the expertise of Matt , at no time did we feel rushed .

Wow! I am blown away by the quality of the service I received on my recent visit to the store. Matt was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He spent a lot of time with me, understanding what I wanted and recommending possible options. Matt was helpful without once being pushy and after giving me all the information I needed to make my decision I was left in peace to try all my options. I wasn't rushed at all. I hadn't finished looking at all the other stores locally but purchased my mattress without going elsewhere based on the quality of the sales experience. I feel really confident that I've made the right choice for me based on Matt's guidance and advice and would happily recommend my local Dreams store based on this experience.

Chris had only been there for 2 weeks but was most obliging. Product knowledge was good and manager helped as well. Very good all round.
