Kirsten - Great product knowledge, friendly, and offered additional help and suggestions. Got the right tone between giving us information and allowing us time to take it and make a decision.

Kirsten made it very easy and enjoyable. She was personable and very friendly, nothing was too much trouble.

Very helpful assistant Chris he was curtious Very knowledgeable greeted us straight away But left us for a few monument to browse which makes me feel comfortable but came back to ask us if we needed help even offered a drink. He compiled the sale in a very relaxed way

We first visited Dreams in York in March 2018 just for a look and were very impressed with the staff and service we got then. We went away to think and went back a couple of months later and were greeted by Matt on entering because he remembered us. We again went away to think about things and returned today (October) to be yet again greeted by Matt who not only remembered us but the range of furniture we were interested in and promptly set about helping us again and we actually placed the order for a full bedroom including bed and mattress. If the delivery and completion of this order continues in this vain we will be even more impressed. The only thing I would say is that you have taken the furniture out of the showrooms. Had we not previously seen the items in the showroom we would not have spent over £4000 on a picture in your brochure! and would suggest this may be the wrong thing to do.

The store manager Matt was on his own with a young new lad under him, we were there on a busy sunday and Matt was dealing with a few customers at a time due to staff shortage, he was very professional, knew his stuff and very helpful to all the customers who were in the store

Friendly service and rally helpful. Although they did not have the product we initially wanted, we were helped to find a similar product in price and quality. We were helped with carrying our mattress to the car and would go back to this store in the future (we may soon be in need of a new bed frame!)

Matt was extremely warm welcoming and helpful, gave us so many options, told us about the product in detail, he literally covered everything. He was really friendly and great with the kids.
