The sales assistant wasn't pushy at all but clearly explained the colour coding process so we could browse the shop at our leisure. This really put us at ease and then we felt able to ask questions and ultimately agree a purchase. The sales assistant was very knowledgeable and took us through the process of ordering efficiently. We didn't have to wait long for it to be delivered either.

Both Paul and Kirsten were exceptionally helpful in working out a payment plan and Paul followed up our visit with a confirmation email. The delivery slot was adhered to and the mattress was installed without any fuss in the space of five minutes!

We were assisted by Kirsten who was very informative and relaxed, so we didn't feel pressured in anyway. We were allowed to try the beds at our leisure, then once we had decided Kirsten dropped what she was doing and helped sort out the paperwork. Everything was explained in detail and made clear to us, we were even offered a cuppa, which always helps when there is a mountain of information to collate. But it was carried out quickly and efficiently, despite the slow internet connection. The only thing that might help is if the input forms were linked so that details didn't need to be supplied more than once, but it wasn't a problem for us, just that Kirsten had to input the same data twice. The forms were explained before we signed and we were given an opportunity to be entered into a monthly prize draw, brilliant!

The overall information/knowledge was very good. The time taken to understand what my requirements were and if I had considered any other options was also impressive. The choices and testing of them was also impressive. Overall nothing was too much both, service and standards in the store were faultless.
