Staff knowledgeable, good choice of products at reasonable prices

The man called Chris was excellent. He was professional, knowledgeable and in no way hassling.

The member of staff was exceptionally knowledgeable and was able to share was comparable products

We visited the store twice before making a purchase. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable and we never felt pressured in any way during our shopping experience. Upon returning to the store Chris was very helpful and quick to process our order. Additionally Chris assisted us and stopped us from making a costly mistake of adding a mattress warmer to a product which was not suitable. The entire shopping experience was very good and we would recommend Dreams to friends and family.

Sales person seemed to be very knowledgeable and assessed needs and preferences rather than just trying to sell any bed. She was not pushy in any way, was very pleasant and extremely helpful.

I went in with an idea of what I was looking for and the store staff told me how to find all products in that range. When we needed advice someone was there to give it. We went to a similar store and walked out as no body was available to offer advice or help.
