Paul was very helpful when first approached with a query. We returned to the shop later on with some further questions and he was patient and answered all our questions. As a result we purchased a bed tailored to our needs.

Staff were friendly and not too pushy, knowing when to approach and giving us time to decide. When they realised we were taking a bit longer we even got offered a drink which was appreciated. The layout of the store made it easy to see what we wanted. The information was provided in an easy to understand way.

Spoke with Kirsten 2x prior to buying this mattress she was knowledgeable about all of the products we enquired about ,she was friendly but not pushy ...which I like.

The whole experience has been excellent. The presentation of the store and staff. The professionalism and knowledge of staff. Kirsten was extremely helpful and knowledgable. She really listened to our requirements and helped us determine the right choice of mattress. There was no pushy Sales and we were given plenty of time to make our choice. The other staff we have come into contact with have also been extremely professional. The delivery service was also excellent with polite, well presented staff. I would thoroughly recommend dreams.
