We found our assistant most helpful when we needed help otherwise we were left to try beds at our leisure . After a while he approached us and asked us which mattresses we preferred and made us aware of similar types of mattress one of which we bought and are looking forward to delivery of our new bed next week.A very pleasurable experience buying our new bed . The adviser who helped us, Matt, was great - he really took time to show us our different options and asked us a lot about what we wanted/needed. We didn't feel rushed or pushed into a purchase. We feel like we got a good deal and we're looking forward to our new bed being delivered!

Matt was extremely friendly and knowledgeable without being pushy and ‘in your face’. Our needs were quickly identified and Matt’s product knowledge was such that he was able to direct us to a selection of mattresses which perfectly met our requirements. Our order was then processed quickly and thoroughly, even though it meant Matt staying later. Highly satisfied with the service.

Member of staff was friendly, but allowed us plenty of time on our own to try out the beds. It felt as if our needs were more important than a definite sale. However, the staff were knowledgeable about the products so were able to answer our questions.

From the moment we walked in we just felt so relaxed we had a smashing young lad called Chris giving us a tour round trying lots of different beds and even when we had tried several beds we both said isn't it nice in here and didn't feel pressured to buy anything but glad we spent the time with Chris he helped us understand how all the beds were made and we know looking forward to having a good night sleep again so well done all
