Good efficient customer service who knew their products.they

When I visited the York store I was greated by a very friendly young man, he was extremely helpful in help me pick a mattress for me needs.

As I walked in the door I was approached by a member of staff to welcome me and ask what I was looking for. I felt a little uncomfortable because I really didn't want a"pushy salesman" pestering me, but thank goodness Austin did give me all the information he did! I didn't really want to listen to him at the time, I just wanted to wonder off and find the bed I was looking for. Thankfully, Austin persevered and found me the bed I was looking for. Austin was understanding when I told him that I wasn't interested in spending a fortune on a top class bed, and that I just needed a bed with storage to see my daughter through the next few years. Austin took great care in finding out what mattress my daughter was most comfortable on, and again, understanding that I wasn't going to be spending a fortune on a high end mattress. Overall, Austin was very helpful, let's hope the delivery and bed meet up to the same standard that's been set.

I entered the store and was met by a friendly staff member who listened to me and understood what I wanted. She directed me to the area where storage beds were and explained the difference. She did not try to sell me the most expensive bed in store!

We had not purchased a bed for some time and were not sure of what to expect, The assistant (Dave) was very helpful but not pushy.

Rachel, who helped me with my order was fantastic. She was so kind and thoughtful, making sure I got everything I was looking for and more! She remembered the mattress I was looking to buy was in the clearance, which saved me so much money and reduced the delivery time significantly. Couldn’t be happier.

We loved the computer bed which told us which type of mattress best suited us. We were then shown suitable mattresses across a price range and were able to choose one affordable to us. The assistant was efficient, friendly and patient which was great.

Rachel was extremely helpful and knowledgeable of each and every product, explaining the in store system, our experience was very relaxed and helpful for us to make our purchase
