Great service. Very helpful and knowledgeable. We have bought a bed before this, so came back for another. Service just S good as last time Just sorry that the item we wanted was not in the sale. There was no reduction at all.

Firstly we were not pounced on by assistants when we walked in the store (I would have walked out if that had been the case) we were greeted by a pleasant lady who asked if we needed help and she would be happy to help if needed and to give her a call. We looked around and then asked for assistance, the lady was very knowledgeable and explained the differences between the products.

Had looked online before we went and had a good idea on the bed frame and headboard we wanted but just had to try the mattresses so we could choose one, we couldn't find one of the mattresses we wanted to try so at this point a sales person approached us ( they had been very busy ) and she took us to the mattress and then gave us all the info regarding the mattresses. Once we had decided what we wanted it was a very quick process and all the staff were very friendly we were offered drinks and biscuits.

We visited your Clifton Moor, York, store to find a replacement mattress for our daughter. I approached Matt for assistance and we were both highly impressed with his friendliness, knowledge, efficiency and manners. Not pushy at all, he let us make up our minds and then processed the order quickly with a delivery of less than two weeks. Perfect!

We have shopped at the York store in the past and this visit was just as good. I placed a call to see if they had a certain bed in store that we could look at for my sons , I spoke to Matt who was really polite, chirpy and helpful like nothing was too much hassle. We later went into store and was welcomed by a member of staff who advised Matt we were here as we asked for him upon arrival. Matt is an absolute credit to your company, he has a wealth of experience and understands the stresses of shopping with children in tow. I wasn't overly well and was kindly offered a drink from Matt, he involved my son in every step of purchasing his new bed. He built great rapport with him and before long had my 10 year old try all the mattresses out and explaining to him how the bed he chose would look in terms if size and colour. We were also looking for beds , you can literally tell him what you want and he was straight of to an exact match to our requirements. Matt treats you and your needs with respect and not just a sale in the till ! Amazing Customer Service so helpful ! We have got home and decided to return next week for our own new mattress as we were so pleased with the service.

On entering the store we were approached by Chris who welcomed us and informed us that he was happy to give any advice while we browsed the products. He was very efficient and professional in supplying the appropriate information and if he was unsure a colleague was able to supply the answer. There was a relaxing atmosphere in the store and we felt we were not being pressurised into making a purchase. All in all a great experience.

Telephoned the shop first, phone call answered very quickly by Mathew, and he advised the location of the mattress in the store and answered a couple of questions about the item. Arrived at the shop one hour later and although the shop was very busy we had only stood by the bed for a minute or so when approached by Kirsten who was equally knowledgeable about the product. Would have said highly satisfied to other questions but the mattress has not yet arrived. Was able to change the delivery date on line with minimum of difficulty.

From when we arrived, we were greeted by Frances, who was extremely helpful and informative. Straight away the store layout was explained and the special offers were pointed out, she even offered us a drink before leaving us to browse. We never felt rushed and it was refreshing to not have a hard sell from the staff. Would not hesitate to recommend this store to others.
