Following a very negative experience with a different retail store, we opted to visit Dreams to purchase a bed. All the staff in the store were extremely helpful and understood our concerns and worries regarding the purchase following the negative experience. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we were given a first class service and that the bed we was purchasing would meet our needs. Whilst in store, we stumbled across a problem with the finance company due to the previous negative experience, Dreams ensured this problem was solved so we could continue with our purchase. The staff also found additional information for us to support us with our previous negative experience, this was very much appreciated. I could not recommend Dreams enough.

I had shopped around and you were the best price for the product and the service was first class

We were not happy with an Emma matress and wanted to exchange it for a different type. The staff were very helpful and explained very clearly the differences between matresses. We were given a cup of tea whilst the order was being placed. We were very pleased with the delivery time of less than one week.

Pleasant, respectful and knowledgeable staff,with a go range of product. Our helper, Frances, took time to explain and gave us the confidence to invest in our mattress. Price and quality were fully discussed and we were confident in our choice

Matt was friendly and welcoming. He offered assistance but wasnt pushy. Explained the mattress colour system, gave advice and answered our questions well. We had just come from Bensons beds. We chose to purchase with Dreams as Matt had directed us to the right bed at the right price for us. He was efficient with processing the order and I feel he would give good customer service post purchase if needed.
