We went to get our new bed after a long running issue with a cowboy builder and insurance claims. Frances spoke to us like we were friends, sympathised and advised what was suitable for myself, husband and even our son.

Chris was informative and helpful but not too pushy. Had good product knowledge and helped us with deciding on the mattress we wanted.

WE FELT COMFORTABLE THE MOMENT WE WALKED IN THE STORE. VERY CLEAN AND ORDERLY. WE WERE IMMEDIATELY ASKED FOR OUR REQUIREMENTS. AND ASKED IF WE WOULD LIKE TO TRY OUT THE ASSESSMENT BED, WHICH WE JUMPED AT THE CHANCE TO DO. PRIOR TO THAT WE WERE OFFERED COFFEE AND BISCUITS. THE ASSESSMENT WAS SO SIMPLE AND PLEASING. THIS CAME UP WITH SEVERAL CHOICES OF BED. THE ASSISTANT WAS SO HELPFUL, SELECTING US PILLOWS TO TRY. HAVING TESTED FIVE BEDS WE CHOSE THE ONE OF OUR DREAMS. WE CANNOT PRAISE THE SERVICE GIVEN TO US BY FRANCIS AT YORK STORE. PAYING WAS SO SIMPLE AND DELIVERY TIME AND DATE WAS EXCELANT, MANY THANKS DREAMS, HOPING WE FIND ALL THE COMFORT WE DESIRE.

Matt took his time to show me, explain and price up 5 different options within my price range. Having not purchased a bed before he was very helpful re frames and mattresses Then i was able to come to a decision successfully.

Staff friendly and helpful without been pushy. If they had of been I would have walked out.

The sales assistant (Frances) made us feel welcome upon arrival by offering us a cup of tea, but then leaving us to browse until we needed assistance. She then talked us through all the different mattress types, pillows, changed pillows with different mattresses and explained what works well for each type of sleep positions. Very knowledgable and helpful.

The sales advisor who served me was Chris. He greeted me as I arrived, explained the colour coding of mattresses before giving me chance to browse. I was offered a cup of tea and he kept checking on me but allowed me the freedom to move around the shop without any pressure. He knew his products very well and was efficient during the completion of the sale.
