Very personal service

When we arrived at the store in York we were greeted and was left to look around the store to browse which is a very good thing. The store assistant saw that we were a little unsure and came over to help us. She offered advise and assisted us when using the bream simulator bed to get exactly the right mattress. She even though I was 10 year younger than I am and that really made me smile.

From walking into the dreams store as we're treated so well .asked if we would like a drink while we browsed looking at mattresses.Matt the sales assistant was informative but not pushy and answered all our questions without any hesitation he new his job very well .His service was excellent very impressed.

Matt, the colleague who helped us was wonderful. He was welcoming and friendly without being intrustive. His knowledge was impressive and he made us feel valued as customers. We went to other places to look at beds too, but due to Matt’s wonderful customer service, we came back to buy from him. He’s such an asset to your company. I won’t just come back to Dreams, I’d come back to Matt. He’s brilliant.

We were fully satisfied with the advice and support that we were given so much so that, the following week, we returned to the store and they, being fully satisfied, bought a mattress.
