Paul who served us was very patient and understanding. He listen to our issues about back and shoulder pain. We went on the mattress machine tester. Paul explained which mattress suited us best and we bought a new bed, mattress, pillows and mattress protected. Not bad considering we only went in for a look around for a good matress. I'm happy because I've always wanted a blingy bed but it had to look classy. Paul you are a star and polite gentleman with loads of patience. 😊🛏️🛏️

This IS my second visit and purchasè I always feel welcome with very helpful staff. I have complete satisfaction with my sofabed and look forward to the delivery of my double bed purchased this weekend

I was highly satisfied with all aspects of service I received. I felt I was offered assistance in what I was looking for but not pressured in in way to buy. I was listened to and then offered assistance with what I asked. The lady who served me was very knowledgeable about all products in the shop. I found the beds very expensive but was offered an excellent discount as I bought the show bed. I would highly reccomend this shop if looking for a new bed

When we entered the store we where welcomed straight away. We where left to browse products at our own discretion. When approached by staff it was in a friendly and polite manor. Chris was very knowledgeable about the products and helpful. There was no hard sale and no pressure to buy which is appealing. Chris understood our needs and offered us other products and services accordingly.

Our assistant Frances was very friendly and helpful.

We were given prompt attention on arrival , all ranges were thoroughly explained. We were offered refreshments and it was a thoroughly enjoyable experience. The sales assistant , Matt, was extremely helpful and sympathetic, I was shopping with my Father and have just recently lost my Mother. Could not have asked for more or better service and attention. Excellent.

Matt the store assistant was highly knowledgeable and very helpful. This was 7:30pm and he still had enthusiasm and a friendly attitude. Walked in and within 15 minutes we had chosen a mattress with Matts help.

Lots of mattress and bed frames Mattress technology machine which I used and I went off the result of that to purchase a mattress Lovely friendly staff Offered drinks Offered to use a pillow suited to me for testing beds Didn't pressure me into buying and gave us time to discuss in private Lady confidently knew what she was talking about so I had full faith in her
