The staff were friendly and helpful and helped us to find the product that we were looking for in the shop very quickly. They weren't pushy, they gave us space to make decisions and when we decided what we wanted they were very fast/efficient in processing the sale.

Matt Made the experience pain free, we just popped in to browse at 19:45 and he couldn’t do enough to help us even though it meant him working past closing time. We ended up making a purchase of a mattress we are more than happy with after visiting several other stores. We will 100% be recommending the store and service to friends and family

Matthew the sales assistant was excellent. We arrived at 19:45 so not long before closing. He ran us through the options and even set up the computer programme to best suite my needs. We overran the closing time but at no time did Matthew rush us or seem to be annoyed. Excellent service. Cannot recommend enough.

Our visit to dreams today was very pleasant and easy, we went in just for a browse and ended up walking out with a new bed and mattress, Matt the assistant that helped us was very chatty and friendly, he helped us choose the perfect mattress for us as we was struggling to get to grips with all the choice and styles. Would definitely recommend anyone who is looking for a new matress and bed to see Matt, he made our bed shopping very enjoyable

The gentleman that helped me at the Clifton Moore store in York (Paul) was extremely helpful, knew exactly what he was talking about, listened to the things i was saying i wanted/needed, he came over to my mum and I as soon as we walked into the store. He certainly made buying my new bed and mattress alot easier and stress free! I probably wouldnt of bought my new bed if it wasnt for Paul.

Lots of choice in store. Very knowledgeable staff. Enjoyed using the bed that scanned us to see which bed would be good for us.
