As I arrived in store and requested what I required, I was immediately welcomed by Christopher. I was offered a drink and was taken to the bed area. All my questions were answered by this knowledgeable young man. I was made to feel very important and I cannot praise him enough.

Had only gone into store to look and research mattresses. However because of helpfulness , approach and friendliness of Nichola the salesperson, we purchased a mattress and were highly satisfied

Matthew the sales advisor took time to ask us several questions to understand our sleeping patterns and preferences, then used the 3d sleep assessment system so we could check what was best option for us. He also advised us if we felt the slightly cheaper mattress was our preference to the slightly more expensive mattress then we should go with the cheaper mattress and then gave us the option to upgrade to the more expensive mattress after a short time period if our experience on our original choice did not turn out as good as we had thought. Very happy with the excellent service.

Kirsten was friendly and helpful from the moment we walked into the shop. She was very knowledgeable, and understood our needs once she had asked us some questions. Kirsten helped us to understand why certain products would help my sleep problems, and was never pushy in her selling, instead she guided us, which made the whole experience fun and enjoyable.

We had already visited the store twice before regarding the purchase of a sofa-bed to replace a standard bed in our spare bedroom,however due to arkward staircase it was difficult to envisage this being possible.Chris the salesperson we we talked to was very helpful as also were the others in the team we were very lmpressed.
