Salesman was very helpful. He showed me a number of beds and mattresses. He advised me of the different types. He didn’t rush me in any way. Very happy with my shopping experience.

I liked the way the staff were friendly and available for advice but not pressurising or rushing me. They left me alone to test the beds which is very important to me, rather than hovering over me whilst I’m trying to assess comfort etc

Your sales person, Kristen, was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and professional. We felt very comfortable in spending this quantity of money based on her recommendations.

Sales assistant had a great understanding and knowledge of the products. There was no hard sell or pestering, we were shown around what would best fit our needs and then left to wander with no pressure. Cannot stand high pressures sales people and if this had been the case we would have walked out.

They were welcoming, attentive and helpful. Explained all the options in a clear manner. Had a good product knowledge and gave good advice on selecting a product. Explained finance options in an easy to understand way.

It's all about customer service. I have bought many product over the years and your sales guy was great, couldn't do enough to help wasnt over powering,listened, funny, and had great product knowledge. We walked in just to look and see how much they where I never buy straight away I like to do my research hence the visit and we walked out very happy , with a new bed. So well done to your sales guy

Nikki was extremely helpful & knowledgeable. She gave us good advice and allowed us time on our own to sample the mattresses, yet was available when we needed more guidance, information or support. She was polite, friendly and professional at all times.
