Customer advisor took the time to listen our needs, and demonstrate different options in the store best suited to us, whilst not being pushy or hounding us around the store.

Our experience was excellent from the moment we went into the York store. Paul who assisted us was extremely helpful from start to finish.

We visited twice in York Monks Cross. Nikki and Matt were absolutely amazing. They were very attentive, knowing tiniest details about the products, but not pushy at the same time. They gave us hones review on the items we were looking at and helped choose one that worked best for us. Shop is spotless and smells very well! It is a pleasure to walk in to a clean, inviting environment, especially after visiting a few from other companies that were dusty and very badly mantained. Comparing to all the competition this experiance was outstanding and very proffesional but still friendly and easy going. It was pure pleasure and I wish every purchase I make was in this manner. Your team there deserve a proper bonus for their knowledge, qualifications and how they handle the sales ;)

We had been to Bensons for Beds prior to our visit to dreams, and the sales assistant there was massively condescending & the prices were unreasonable. In Dreams (York store) we were approached by Matt who was super helpful & lovely! He ensured to take time with us, and understood that we couldn’t afford anything expensive. He didn’t try to force us into buying a bed that was out of our price range, and was all together just lovely. I suffer massively with anxiety, so things like bed shopping can be really difficult, but I found the experience at Dreams to be really easy

I was extremely impressed with Chris, he really took time to listen to my problems (I have been experiencing hip pain on waking in the morning which had gone away after sleeping on a different mattress whilst on holiday). He carefully showed me all the mattresses he thought with help of your sleep machine would be suitable. After some consideration he then left me to test the three best not rushing me or recommending the most expensive which I had experienced at other stores. He then processed my order swiftly and efficiently again making sure I understood all steps clearly.. Thank you Chris.
