Your female staff member Nikki was immediately available on entry to your York store. I explained clearly my needs (purchase of a guest bed for soon to be arriving relatives and friends). I explained about the limited use which the bed would have, and the need for a lower priced bed/comfort system. She showed me a selection of mattresses, divan bed bases and headboards, and as I have older relatives and friends, recommended the slightly firmer mattress. She then checked availability for delivery within my very limited timescale and provided a quote and checked delivery. On arrival at home, I measured to check the bed would fit, and phoned the stor to place my order. I was immediately connected to Nikki, who brought up the quote, and I placed the order by phone. I was able to select the delivery slot which I needed in order to be certain that I could be home to receive the items. I have received the stated confirmatory emails about my order. And I now await delivery on Thursday this week (afternoon delivery). My mobile will be used to contact me, I understand, the day before, to confirm delivery slot. All in all very satisfied so far.
