went to buy a HYPNOS but due to the lady we finished up with a better mattress . The lady was very helpful .

Very friendly atmosphere a great shopping experience. Matthew was very knowledgeable and helped us make the right decision for our needs. Dreams appear to have the right products and the right staff

I was helped and looked after by a lad called Chris. He knew everything about the product range and was friendly, attentive and it really felt like he was pushing us to get the RIGHT mattress, rather than just the most expensive one. People like that will bring me back to Dreams again and again (I just hope he still works there when I come back for another mattress)

The customer service recieved from Matt was exceptional as was his knowledge of the products. He was very thorough and ensured that we understood every aspect of our purchase. He was fantastic with our three year old and very patient.

Look I visited this store in York to look at beds and mattresses and I could not have received better service. The guy who served me was extremely knowledgable, no pressure was placed upon me and he even made me a cuppa. I was there ages but finally made a decision and I am delighted with my purchase. A fab experience made so by the brill staff

Chris was highly professional and very friendly. I placed my order over the phone and it was dealt with quick with my delivery arranged for 5 days later. This worked perfectly as I am moving into a property in the same week.

We were given all the info etc we required, from very courteous people, and left to do as we wished. Never rushed or pressured, but given every help we required. A very pleasant experience, and service we thought was a thing of the past. Almost a pleasure to spend money! ( well almost).
