Really friendly staff, quick and easy

We received a warm welcome entering the store, and when we explained what we were looking for; Nikki was very helpful and knowledgeable resulting in swift and highly competent service.

Matt was great in helping us find a new matress. He helped us narrow down our options and find a compromise for our individual preferences. He was incredibly patient and even entertained our daughter whilst we shopped.

Our sales assistant, Nichola, was very attentive yet not pushy. She had all the answers and was very friendly yet professional. We were encouraged to take all the time we needed to try different beds and compare. She left us to ponder and decide but popped quickly back if we needed advice. The store was bright and well laid out.

Nikki was polite and charming with agood sense of humour and a great customer understaning and delivery

When we walked into store we had a friendly welcome. had a walk around and the lady who's name was Kirsten came over and asked if we needed any help. she talked us through what the different colours meant on the beds. After we walked around more and started to try a few beds out, she came back over and asked a few more questions to which point she made us go onto the bed that scanned our body positions and gave recommendations. After that she showed us the beds we was recommended. Once we picked we asked for a few more details and she explained very well. booking monthly payment was very easy and no issues in payment. she is a great member to your team. she was not pushy anymore. she gave great explanations in what the beds have support wise. she wasn't pushy in trying to show us the more expensive beds which is what we liked. such a great lady and her friendliness and patience made us want to secure buying the bed.

Kirsten was very helpful & explained everything very clearly. She explained where to start looking and what the boards meant. She took into account all the information i gave her. She gave me time to make a decision then when it came to completing the order it was quick and easy.

The gentleman who served me was very professional and knew what he was talking about.

We were left to look around the store for a few minutes before an employee came over to greet us, he was really friendly and said if there was anything we needed to just let him know. He also offered us tea/coffee and told our children they could have some sweets from a little basket on the table (this might not seem like much to some people but to go that step further with his customer service and to make us feel so welcome really makes a big difference. Plus most children don't like shopping which adds pressure to us parents but knowing there was an offer of sweets and even some colouring stationary at the table was a really nice touch and lovely gesture from dreams). We purchased our last bed from dreams and the customer service then was brilliant too which is why this was the only shop we really considered going into when looking to purchase our new bed. Our children still have 'dreams teddy bears' from our previous visit which again is a really nice touch and has left us with a long lasting great overall impression with dreams.
