Staff very friendly helpful and knowledgable

Staff were friendly and knowledgeable and there was an offer on the item we bought.

Made very welcome by staff who took time to understand what we wanted and encouraged us to try all the different beds recommended by your machine which evaluates the mattresses best suited to us. We enjoyed using the machine and it helped us to feel we've made an informed decision. We were even given special pillows for side sleepers to try with the mattresses and we bought them as well.

The friendly staff Nichola was excellent and was very helpful . We were happy that Dreams are in the Defence Discount Scheme. As a veteran it is good to see a company like Dreams supporting us. Thankyou.

Nikki, who served us, was fantastic. Both members of staff pleasantly greeted us when we walked in the shop. Nikki was very friendly, bubbly and funny, and also listened to our queries and comments. She also offered us drinks, including one for our 2yr old daughter, and even showed us where the toilets were should we need them. This was a lovely surprise, being offered these in a shop! Her colleague was extremely helpful and friendly too, despite the fact that there were only two members of staff working that day. Just because Nikki and her colleague were managing the shop very well, from a customers' perspective, doesn't mean to say they shouldn't have had more staff on to lighten the load on staff. They were both very busy with customers, but still managed to be calm (not stressed out by how busy they were), very friendly and helpful. We didn't feel neglected at any point, even though they were dealing with several customers at once. I wish other shops' staff could be like this, because it would make for a much more pleasant experience.

We had a good experience from the moment we walked into Dreams when we were greeted by the staff. They were very helpful and answered any questions we had, we were even offered a cup of tea. Good customer service and overall experience.

It was helpful having the use of the bed machine which aligns your spine and gives you some guidance to the types of bed most suited to you. It helps to narrow down your choice from the vast array of beds available. This print out is supported by help and advice from the sales consultants. I also appreciated the fact that the sales consultants were attentive without being over bearing. I didn't feel pressurised
