I was assisted by a friendly helpful assistant Nikki and I ordered everything I wanted and got it for a good price. Nikki also helped me find a better mattress than the one I was originally planning on getting. Anything she was unsure of she asked her colleagues who were also friendly and helpful.

Unlike other stores we've been to the customer service was excellent and we were given the best professional guidance in choosing the correct mattress for our new frame. Also, I was very impressed with how affordable the price was as well. These factors made it easy for us to say yes!

As soon as we walked through the door we were greated by a friendly and helpful sales assistant. We new what bed we wanted but the help we received in regards to choosing a mattress was excellent.

The lady that we dealt with, Nikki was extremely helpful and suggested a mattress in the sale when we previously visited to try and save us money. We didn't make a purchase then but returned a few weeks later to buy our bed. Nikki remembered us from our previous visit and welcomed us back. Whilst we were waiting to put through the order at the payment point she sat with us and chatted which I thought was a nice touch.
