Very impressed with young chap who helped us. He had a great knowledge of your products but did not pressure us into making a decision. He allowed us to try all the beds we were interested in, and at our leisure.

Nikki the assistant was very helpful, we thought we needed a soft mattress, but Nikki put us on the magic machine which recommended medium to firm.

Chris the sales guy was really knowledgeable and helpful.

I was approached a couple of times to ask if I needed any help & then again to explain the different colour codes for the type of mattresses. When I was ready to make a purchase there was a sales assistant ready to help & process my order. I had been told about a green bag I would need to dispose my current mattress for collect, the sales assistant rang me to explain she had forgotten to give me that bag and that she would have it waiting for me.

The assistant, Kirstan, was helpful, knowledgeable and very pleasant. She explained the assessment system, and then range of suitable beds without pressurising us to buy. the decision was ours.

Hi it’s my first time I went to store to buy just because normally We always look to buy online and normally buy online but for the first time we went to store and since we arrived there the sales girl called NiKki(Nichola) she very friendly and professional let us very comfortable to choose and she explain everything also she demonstrate the sleep match that amazing thing can help to ours to choose the best mattress. We are really excited to get the new super king bed and new mattress. Normally my wife not like to go on shop to buy because sometimes the sales person Not help you too much or just try to push you to buy but I have to say at this time we have a very good experience for this first time buying at store we highly satisfied and recommend once again I would like to say thank you for Nikki 👏🏻👏🏻.
