I was met as I entered the store by a very friendly assistant who advised me and helped me choose my Divan And Mattress she answered all my questions it was a pleasant experience .

We were given lots of help and guidance whilst choosing the right mattress for mine, and my husband's needs. I recently gave birth to our first child (Florence Mabel ) and my back has been quite painful and achy ever since . My husband has a manual job , and he often has aches. Matt was excellent at listening to our needs and requirements. He even went down to small but significant details like asking did we get too warm in bed . The answer to this was yes, so he pointed us in the direction of the therapur cool mattress...amazing! We laid on on a bed which tested body mass and told us which firmness of mattress we should take.

Both staff members were friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and extremely patient.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful, the product and assembly was explained to me, as I am moving into a new build property the delivery has been designed so that I have placed a provisional date which can be adjusted at no additional cost. The staff at the York clifton Moor store are all very friendly and we're more than willing to answer all my questions and I was offered a drink while my order was placed. The different types of base were explained to me as I had already purchased a mattress. Matt even advised which tools would be required for assembly. I was very satisfied with my trip to the store and I would recommend Dreams to family and friends

Nikki the assistant was extremely friendly and helpful. She was very knowledgeable about the products and could answer all questions. She was not pushy, and allowed me time to look and think on my own but was available as soon as I needed her. It could be quite a worrying experience as the customer is going to be spending quite a large amount of money, but Nikki made it easy with no pressure.

Our assistant Matt (York Clifton Moor) was absolutely amazing. Full of knowledge about the beds and assisted us not only with the computer bed and selecting our mattress but helped us with our 3 small children who were being extremely difficult. Absolutely amazing customer service and experience all thanks too Matt.
