I spoke to three different members of staff due to the store being busy and people needing to speak to other customers but rather than finding this unsatisfactory I felt it shows how friendly and in demand individual staff members were and all were apologetic about being called away.

From start to finish your colleague Kirsten was highly professional. She made us feel very much at home with the process of choosing a new bed. We were approached within a couple of minutes which for me was perfect. Not pounced on as you are in some stores. Kirsten asked if we needed any assistance and what we were looking for. She asked if we understood the colour codes on the mattresses and was happy to explain everything we needed. The process of us choosing the mattress was perfectly assisted. Once we had chosen our mattress Kirsten then gave us some clear indications of which ones to look at once we had made our colour choice. Headboard followed and it was at no point rushed. Once we had made our decisions Kirsten then set about on the purchase process which was carried out very professionally. When I gave my Postcode phonetically Kirsten asked if I had a Defense Discount Card giving me a 10% discount. That to me was the icing on the cake. Such a pleasure to buy a new bed form Dreams. A store and Colleague who I have already recommended to about a dozen of my friends.

Matt couldn’t do enough for us. He listened to what we were looking for and assisted us in finding the right mattress for 2 different sleepers. He talked us through all the different products and specifications and even made the hubby a coffee. He listened and didn’t put us under any pressure making us feel relaxed and welcoming

Store assistant was friendly and informative but not pushy Competent and easy to discuss things with

The staff where impeccable and very friendly, helped us pick the suitable bed set and because he heard it was our first time buy, gave us complamentry pillows, duvet and mattress topper free, couldnt of asked for better customer service.

The assistant was very helpful n understanding our needs and explaining the various options. He then left us to discuss our preference, rather than trying to push for a sale of any item in particular.

Only went in for pillows. Great service for a small purchase. Will return when I am ready to replace my bed.
