The assistant Nikki was lovely and helpful

From the moment we arrived we was looked after.Everything about the product was told to us in great detail and Nicki was very friendly as well as being very professional. We thought she was a credit to your company.

We were shopping for my mum, she has awful pain in her back and hips and dreams was the 4th shop we looked at. We were offered the dream match thingy and a cup of tea, Nikki, the staff member was fantastic, my also has breathing issues so she let her take her time and carried her cup of tea for her. Her knowledge and understanding of the products was great. Hopefully this mattress will last longer than 3 months

Very friendly assistant who gave me very valid reasons for why I should go with castors rather than the legs on my divan (even though the castors were the cheaper option). I'm glad I went into the store now to gain this knowledge rather than just going ahead with an online order.

We first placed our order for a king bed and mattress on line with finance How ever at the last minute the web page jumped back on its self Due to this we didn’t know if we had purchased the items or not so had to go into the stoop to start again But besides this the lads in the shop were fantastic (Clifton moor) and resolved the issue in no time at all So I’m a very happy customer and will be coming again in the next week or two for my sons bed Many thanks Rob
